How to turn off "your network preferences prevent content from loading privately" for email in Ventura?

I'm running macOS Ventura and now I get "your network preferences prevent content from loading privately" for email ... The System Preferences area has changed and I can't locate where/how to turn this setting off

Ooops. Once I did that, the problem disappears. BUT, doing so reduces privacy ... being able to hide the IP address should not be a factor in downloading embedded images. Anyway, thanks for the tips.

If you want to use the service, then you would need to figure out what odd thing is set up on your network (or get the iOS to figure out there is nothing really interfering).

If you’re running every bit of your Internet traffic through a VPN service so that they can sell all of your information as one complete block, then it doesn’t matter if you turn that off in Mail as your IP address is already being obfuscated by the VPN.

If you are not using a VPN, a proxy, or some other Internet security software, then you might try starting up in safe mode, and then restart normally.

I think I saw a post where the person had to reinstall the OS to make it work.
