Why is the vibration setting gone from my iPhone?

Two things

1. Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Vibration [Enable]
2. For email
   1. You will have to set it independently for ever mail account (Watch the GIF below)
   2. Note: - Default is No Vibration.
   3. 

Nevertheless Settings Sounds & Haptics changed from iOS15 to iOS16 and now say "Play Haptics in Ring Mode" instead of "Vibrate on Ring" etc

It is all there as before but it changed it's name to Haptics.
