i want to unlock
i will like to unlock a device that i bought (iPhone 11) and I don't know the carrier that lock it. what do you advice

To see who the carrier is, you should be able to see by going to Settings > Cellular. The carrie is listed there. They are the only ones who can unlock the phone. Apple cannot help with this.
