Family Sharing - different countries
Can Apple’s Family Sharing be used with a family members whose Apple ID is associated with a different country than yours (eg. USA & Canada)?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. In order to share purchases in a Family Sharing group, every member must use the iTunes and App Store in the same region. For this reason, the Apple IDs must all be in the same region, as the organizer must also provide the payment method from the same region. More info on this can be found here:
