Timer not synching from Apple Watch 5 to iPhone 14pro max. When I set it in the phone nothing shows up on the watch. I have tried hard resetting both and turning push notifications for the clock on and off.

Sync from Watch to phone? If you set a timer on the Watch it only sounds on the Watch. Normal.
If the iphone is in use you will not get notification on Watch for a timer you set on the phone.
If the iphone is closed you will only get a haptic and a ping on the Watch (no visuals) and the timer still sounds on the iphone.
