Stolen iphone
my husbands iPhone was stolen. Is there anyway to track it if it’s powered off

The phone needs to be powered on.....and.....it needs to have a good Internet connection in order for it to appear on a map using the Find My option.
If the phone is off, and it has not been off more than a day or two, the phone might show up with a last known location.
