How do I adjust printing from my iPhone photos to print a 5x7

You can’t choose printing sizes in the phone. You can only chose aspect ratios. If the phone doesn’t allow shooting a 5x7 aspect ratio, then you’ll have to crop the image in photo editing software then choose 5x7 paper in your printer settings.


How you do all that is beyond the scope of what can be discussed here. If you need more information you’ll have to look for information on how to crop and/or print images on the internet. Hope that helps a bit.
