FaceTime video
Try to FaceTime and get a circle with the initials of contact but no video ,what did I do??

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Are you experiencing this behavior with a specific contact or multiple? Were you able to use turn on video when you initiate a FaceTime call with this contact in the past? If so, when did this issue first started?
What happens if you tried to initiate a video call using a third-party app? Does it work as expected? This will help us isolate this issue further and see if it's happening only with FaceTime or with every calling app using the camera?
