French numerical keyboard

Hi!

Here's a quick fix :

1. From the Dock, choose System Settings

2. Choose Keyboard

3. Press "edit" on Input Sources

4. Click the Plus sign at the bottom left to bring up the languages menu

5. Select the desired language and click Add
