My Iphone 6 plus COULDN'T CONNECT APP STORE after upgrading to IOS12.5.6 Dec.11,2022.
When tapping on app store, there is message showing up
" TURN OFF AIRPLANE MODE OR USE WLAN TO ACCESS THE APP STORE" . According
to this message, I try to do. But it doesn’t work.

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
