Health App / Tonal

I've added Tonal to my Activity. The workout details show time and calories. The time of the workout is added to my exercise minutes but the calories are not added to the Move goal? Am I missing a setting?

Move goals in fitness app do not increase The achieved move goals in the fitness app do not increase anymore. Beginning of last December I have earned the award for 1250 move goals (which already felt like it took far too long as I am tracking activities since 2019 and I achieve it most of the days). Now, instead of increasing, my move goals are stuck at a total of 1215 - so even below the 1250. Is there any way to trigger the fitness app to recalculate the total / fix (?) the data? This is quite a bit demotivating. Thanks!

Tonal data not being added to Fitness total Hey all! I'm using the Fitness app to track my activity level (The filling the ring actually motivates me) and I've enjoyed it. It works great with my Quest VR workouts but for some reason, it refuses to acknowledge the calories burned/activity from my Tonal workouts. Let me be clear, it SEES the workout. It even tracks how many calories I burned when I look at my Fitness app. It's labeled as "Tonal" and if I click on it, it shows the calories burned. But my ring doesn't close! In the picture attached, I had to go manually add a "Strength Workout" in order to get credit for my work. Am I doing something wrong here? Fitness has all the data it needs but it won't add the work to my ring and it's a bit disheartening! Thanks all!

Hello nhpam08,

It sounds like you're using an Apple Watch, and not getting Move credit for the workouts completed using the Tonal app, but you are receiving credit towards your Exercise ring.
