Exchange iPhone pro with iPhone pro max

Is there any policy if you want to change from an iPhone Pro (14) to an iPhone Pro Max (14) after a few months if you are not satisfied with a Pro model but you prefer a Pro Max model ?

No.

You had 14 days from the date of purchase to return your iPhone.

After the 14 days, you could privately sell your iPhone and buy whatever you want with the money.
