I upgraded my Mac from Monterey to Ventura and I got just the option of upgrading to 13.0.1
I saw that this upgrade weight less then to previous installation of 13.0
My question is if that ok because it look strange to me.

If you never upgraded to 13.0 and just upgraded to 13.0.1, you would get the full installer. But, because you were already running 13.0, it only downloads what is necessary to update to 13.0.1. I hope that clarifies things.

It's an update, not a full installer. Go for it.
The current version of Ventura is now 13.0.1 (2022-12-12) and will be updated in the near future to 13.1. Go ahead and apply the 13.0.1 update.
