facebook icon

if i tap on my Facebook icon it just blinks, now i removed the icon and want it back, and its not in the app library.

app icon I deleted an icon(not the app) off of my home screen...how do i put it back. No, I did not delete the app-it is still there-from the app store I can only open it-NOT INSTALL IT-open is the only option from the app store. So the app is still on my phone. All this "the app is deleted" is wrong for my instance.
