Stolen iPhone

A neighbor stole my iPhone just recently and unfortunate for me she knows my passcode but doesn’t know the password of my iCloud account so I was hoping to find ways and means here on how to lock my iPhone with my iCloud account so she can’t even use the passcode to access it?
