I am afraid to make a mistake when updating my mac to "Ventura", and to realise that's it does not work with my avid media composer because it's not à "version matrix "?

In that case, can you explain why it is so important to upgrade to Ventura? Does it work now? What do you lose by not upgrading? What do you gain by upgrading? What do you risk by upgrading?
It is always interesting to have the best version of mac OS to enjoy a more friendly or more efficient working environment.
But if I upgrade my mac OS, it may not work with avid media composer 2022.10... And in this case, I have absolutely no idea how to reinstall mac os Monterey on my mac. I'm not even sure that's possible.
I had bought a dongle (avid media composer) ten years ago, I had not upgraded it and when I wanted to reuse it, it no longer worked because it had not been upgraded.
The problem is why you can't get a simple answer from Avid.
Yes Avid media composer works with Mac os Ventura, or, no, it doesn't work yet.
Contact Avid support for assistance with Avid apps and services.
While the local folks here know about Ventura itself, that doesn’t extend to knowledge of third-party apps. Particularly apps with the complexity of Avid apps.
