Duplicated contacts on recent call list.

Hello everyone.

Since 20th November my recent call list is behaving oddly.

The contact I've called will show but it will also show '& contact 2'. It seems to be random who the second person is. When I press the name to call them back it automatically tries to start a group call with the two contacts. When I miss a call I do not know which of the two contacts have tried to call me.

My iOS is completely up to date.

Does anyone know a fix for this please?

iPhone XR, iOS 16

It sounds like you're having an issue when making phone calls from your recent contacts list, it's imitating a group call.
