Hello. I purchased iphone14 from cologne germany on 7/12/22. I did not get my invoice to my email. I gave hardcopy to tax office. I jeed softcopy invoice. Please help

Check your spam folder too.

If you bought it from Apple Online Shop, contact Apple directly, using this link:--> Contact Apple for support and service

In all other circumstances (Apple phisycal Stores or Apple Authorized Resellers, which have their own accounting system) contact them directly, asking for a copy of the document.
