iOS 16 How can I remove the audio widget from lockscreen? I keep accidentally moving forward in audiobooks and I lose my place

How can I remove the audio widget from lockscreen? I keep accidentally touching ahead on the audio “timeline” and it skips me forward in my audio book. I don’t feel like it was this way before ios16. I know I could pause in ios15 versions but I don’t think I could touch on the timeline. I cannot seem to find a way to remove this.
