how can I contact the owner of iPod

I bought it second hand. I have the activation screen lock

Try to return it to the seller for a refund. There is no way you can remove Activation lock without to original Apple ID and password. Apple cannot help you find the original owner. See Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
