Fuzzy Camera MacBook Air M2 (2022)

The camera on my new MBA (2022, 16GB, very fast internet connection) presents a fuzzy/blurry image that is poor quality. I put it next to an old MBP from 2013 and the quality of the 2013 camera is far superior. I've read that this was an issue with the MBA's from 2015 and 2020 as well. The specs for the MBA 2022 camera are much better - I don't understand why this is happening. Is it possible it's my computer or is this just Apple's camera quality now?

MacBook Air, macOS 13.0

720p FaceTime camera depends a lot of natural/artificial light condition, it's kind of blurry by nature.

1080p FaceTime camera is a huge step forward in image quality.

The best and only way to verify if there is something wrong with the camera is to compare it with another MBA M2 under the same conditions. You should visit your local Apple Store and compare it with the demo computer side by side, if there is any difference you will need to replace the Display Assembly under warranty.
