I just purchased a 2TB upgrade from 200GB. How do i restore the photos that are due to be deleted from icloud in one day

If you had photos stored on iCloud because you had temporary storage in order to set up a phone and you have since purchased additional storage, you should be fine. However, the photos will also still be on your phone.

I'm just posting, that any photos deleted, are deleted from all linked devices, no matter which device deletes them, even deleted from iCloud. I cloud isn't actually a backup for your devices, it simply stores what is on your devices. But if I screw up my iPhone, the things I had on iCloud are gone, also.

You can't go to Recently Deleted on your iPhone or Mac or iPad and select all, then Recover?

From personal experience, when I deleted photos on iCloud or the iPhone or the Mac, they are deleted from all devices using iCloud for photo storage.

This sounds like a rather different situation.

Yes, that’s true if you delete them. This situation is a bit different if I’m reading it correctly. But, unless the OP posts back, we wont know for sure.
