iTunes has been replaced by separate apps which should already be in your Macbook Pro: Music, Podcasts and TV. Each of these behaves pretty much the same as when they were part if iTunes (which is not available). The App Store for iOS devices is now an app on those devices. Apps for Macs are in the App Store app on your Mac.
