Song timeline bar

Why is the song timeline bar missing? I’ve swiped out and rebooted my iPhone twice. It’s really annoying when I’m listening to new music trying to see if I want every single song or not downloaded. So I just give up. It appears to have happened on a recent update. BRING IT BACK PLEASE!
