Failure to watch any movie at Disney+ app

Why cant I watch any movie in disney app after i subscribed to its 369 per month package?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

The Disney app requires iOS 15.3 or higher to work. Your stats say you have an iPhone 6. An iPhone 6 cannot run anything higher than iOS 12.x, you cannot use the Disney app with that phone.
