Thanks for posting the screenshot. The screenshot shows that you are NOT connected to a Wi-Fi Network. You are actually connected to a Cellular Hotspot. That setup will not work and you will not be able to update your iPhone in that way. Connect to a Wi-Fi Network and then try again.
