How to install the newest version of iOS on my phone, there is no option in settings I mean don’t allow beginning of new version! Thanks

If you purchased a new Apple watch it has Watch OS 9 on it.
Watch OS 9 needs to be on an iPhone running IOS 16 or newer.
Your profile shows IOS 15

That watch requires a device running ios 16. Your iPhone 7 is not compatible with ios 16. You will need an iPhone 8 or newer to use that watch.

it seems your watchOS is newer than your iOS and at least you need a device with iOS 16 for setup your Apple watch.
Hi there, just got Apple Watch, for set in up Apple Watch want the latest version of iOS, the iPhone tells me that’s the latest version and there is no option to looking for the newest! Please give me advice. Thanks
