Apple TV turning on when Xbox/TV/Receiver/Soundbar/Other device with CEC is turned on. Apple TV then steals/changes the input in sound bar/receiver.
Apple TV turns on via CEC when I turn on other devices in different inputs such as an Xbox and changes the input on my TV to the Apple TV when in reality I want to use an Xbox. This should NOT happen just as an Xbox or other device or console would not turn on when turning on the TV or Apple TV. How do I get the Apple TV to NOT TURN ON when I turn on a different device?
The problem: I turn on my Xbox, which turns on the tv and soundbar at the correct HDMI input (HDMI 2), great, but then all of the sudden, the Apple TV turns on, "stealing"/changing the input set in the soundbar to the Apple TVs HDMI (HDMI 1) making me have to change it back to the Xbox input to achieve my basic goal of using the Xbox. This results in 2 main problems:
1. it is EXTREMELY annoying to have to switch inputs to use a device other than the Apple TV.
2. the auto-turn-off timer for the Apple TV eventually triggers, turning off my TV and soundbar while the Xbox is in use.
