My sons mini iPhone 13 is frozen and the screen says this. We can’t even turn it off to reboot. Any advice?

Your iPhone does not appear to be frozen, but rather prompting for critical information.

When you respond to the alert, the prompt will go away, returning control of the iPhone to you.
