iPhone calls says mobile sometimes
What does it mean when sometimes it says call and then other times it says mobile I’m lost is there something wrong with my phone

Nothing wrong. If that caller number is in your Contacts labeled as Mobile, it will display Mobile. If it is labeled as Work or any other label it will display that. If it isn't in your contacts, it will display Call.
There may be other situations that result in the same or different displays, but the above 3 examples are some that are currently in my Recents.
