I purchased a referbished iPad mini from Amazon. I cannot log in to set it up because previous owners email and password are still connected to it. What next ???

If the iPad requires a Passcode before you have completed initial setup yourself, or if the iPad prompts for an AppleID, the iPad has already been set-up by someone else. As is, the iPad is (and will remain) useless to you.


You need to return the iPad to the retailers from which it was purchased - for exchange or refund.
