How do I troubleshoot HomeKit automations not working?

I have an automation that turns on a fan when the temperature rises above a certain temperature. This automation worked great with IOS15 timing. Since then I have had to turn on the fan manually.

Temperature Sensor: Philips Hue

Fan Switch: Lutron Caseta

The same systems are involved in a motion automation that continues to work just fine. Just not the temperature automation.

Thoughts?

I have the same issue both Eve Thermo and Eve Room devices, so it much be a HomeKit issue.
