How do I start receiving calls on new iPhone
How do I receive calls & texts on newly purchased iPhone 13? My calls are still going to my IPhone 11.

Did you take the SIM out of the old phone and put it in the new one?

You need to -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details.
- and edit your 'new' trusted phone number.
