Street lines on Maps app
I want to see the street lines when using the Maps app. Haven't found a setting or preference to make streets show up. Any suggestions? I'm ready to pull out the old paper maps!!! Thanks

Thank you. If you think it will help, you can post a screenshot as an example here using the "image insertion" tool at the bottom of this text entry box:
If you've not done screenshots yet, this is a good overview of commands and options:

What Apple device? What OS version is it running?
If it is the Macbook Pro in your profile that is running the badly out-of-date macOS 10.11, a newer mac or newer OS version may show that issue is improved.
I don't understand. I see all of the street lines. Are you talking about labels? Those are trickier. Labels can only be shown where they fit. You will have to zoom in to see more labels. For what it's worth, paper maps work the same way. There will often be a smaller scale map with only the major roads labelled.
I've got an MB Air that is running OS Monterey 12.6.1
Thanks!
Can you describe what you do see? Do you have the maps in satellite or transit mode or something?
