Can anyone suggest a Bluetooth 5 dongle compatible with Mac os Ventura? There are a lot on Amazon but when I try it with MacBook it doesn’t work, I have an old 4.0 adapter and it works, so there must be e some 5.3 that works also?

I have a 2018 Mac mini and maybe 30% of bluetooth devices can pair with it since the onboard bluetooth is so ... BAD.
