AirPods Pro 2 battery status

Hey! I just bought the AirPods Pro 2 today and noticed that the battery status of the left AirPods doesn't change at all, even though it's working fine. It's like it's static. Are there any solutions?

Hello valerii29,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities!

If we understand your post correctly, your left AirPods isn't charging and has some static noise. We'd like to help get that AirPod working.

Let's follow the steps below and see if we can get it working as expected.

"If there's no sound in one AirPod

  1. Make sure that your charging case is fully charged.
  2. Place both AirPods in your charging case and let them charge for 30 seconds.
  3. Open the charging case near your iPhone or iPad.
  4. AirPods and charging case
  5. Check the charge status on your iPhone or iPad to make sure that each AirPod is charging .
  6. AirPods charging status on your iPhone screen
  7. Put both AirPods in your ears.
  8. Play audio to test both AirPods.
  9. If an AirPod still isn't working, reset your AirPods or contact Apple Support.

If there's low volume in one AirPod

If your left or right AirPod isn't playing any sound, or if the volume is too quiet, follow these steps:

  1. Check the microphone and speaker mesh on each AirPod.
  2. microphone and speaker on an AirPod
  3. If you see any debris, clean your AirPods using the guidelines in this article, and see if that fixes the issue.
  4. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Balance, and make sure that the balance is set in the middle."

Another thing to try is to reset your AirPods. Sometimes a reset can help with issues like this: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro

Hi valerii29, welcome to the Apple community

I hope you are doing well 🤗

I invite you to try this :

1/ Put your AirPods in their charging case, and close the lid.

2/ Wait 30 seconds.

3/ Open the lid of your charging case.

4/ With your AirPods in your ears and connected to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > Bluetooth, or Settings > [your AirPods], and tap the More Info button next to your AirPods. If you don't see your AirPods in Settings > Bluetooth or in Settings > [your AirPods], just go to the next step.

5/ Tap Forget This Device, and tap again to confirm.

6/ With the lid open, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for about 15 seconds, until the status light on the front of the case flashes amber, then white.*

7/ Reconnect your AirPods: With your AirPods in their charging case and the lid open, place your AirPods close to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Follow the steps on your device's screen.
