Wallpaper album issue

I noticed something odd recently with one of my Mac Mini's running Ventura. I have a MBP and I use the same login and I'm not seeing the issue on there. The only difference is on my Mac Mini the photos are iCloud synced and the photos are optimized. While the MBP the photos are iCloud synced but the photos are the original size.

But on the Mac Mini, when I go to change the wallpaper and I try to browsed the Albums that I want to pick the images from, it does not list all of the albums I have created. I'm missing a few. I also noticed when I select the Album called Album it only has around 7,500 images. My Photo Library has around 21,000 images.

Just to check I went into an album that should have several thousand images, but only around 200 images are there.

I have repaired the photo library on the Mac Mini, The photo app shows all of the albums and images in the library with no issues.

It seems as if the wallpaper can't get all of the information from the library.

I have reinstalled Ventura on this Mac Mini as well.

Any clues?

I also just noticed on my MBP I have a Desktop Pictures, Nature, Plants, Art, Black and White, Abstract, Patterns folders I can pick from.

But on my Mac Mini I only see Dynamic Desktop, Light and Dark Desktop, Desktop Pictures and colors.

Hi I am experiencing the same issue, and have the latest update and it's very much broken. Albums don't show up, sometimes they do and indicate they have 2-3 photos where they actually have hundreds. I've once got it to 'take' but then the randomization crashed and it reverted back. I don't have any ability to indicate a random pick from an album of er, 100 photos to use as backgrounds. I've had this setup since I've had a Mac it seems, so any help is appreciated
