problem with upgrading imac 2017 to macos ventura.

good morning, i have a problem with upgrading imac 2017 to macos ventura. I would like to switch from my current macos mojave system to macos ventura but after accepting the license terms the message (null) is displayed on the screen and the update proces stops. I have no idea what to do and what could be causing the problem. The imac had this update before (macos ventura) but it was factory reset and the original system was restored (macos high sierra)
