Shazam in Control centre won't sync

Hello!

I have a problem with iPhone control center & Shazam (the integrated one).

A few months ago, Shazam got an updated version that automatically adds your recent music I detected via the integrated Shazam in the control center to the main Shazam app. The app is synced with the "My Shazam" playlist in Apple Music.

This feature worked great, but it recently stopped working, and I need to add every shazam manually I discover from the control center.

The solution I tried is:

1. Update my iPhone & Shazam App

2. Re-connect to Shazam & Apple Music

Nothing seems to solve this; it looks like a software bug.

Any suggestions?

Where can I report that to the Shazam team?

It sounds like you're having some trouble with Shazam app and Apple Music. We can help.

We know you tried updating before, but the iOS version you mentioned is no longer the latest version. Go ahead and Update iOS on iPhone again to see if there is any improvement.

If not, you can Contact Apple for support and service to report the issue.
