updating ipad air 2 error
I tried to update my ipad air 2 from itune, however it can not be updated and notified that an unknown error uccurred (2009), please help to figure out this problem

Error #2009 is explicitly listed by Apple. When your iPad is connected to a computer, these errors are often attributed to a faulty cable - or interference from Anti Virus or other Security software.
Try using a different cable, a different USB port - or, at your own risk, temporarily disabling your AV software.
