Stuck Volume button on iPad
Haven’t seen a response yet to volume button issues. Have you tried turning on assistive touch under Accessibility as a workaround?

Just to make sure that we're on the same page, are you referring to the physical volume buttons on your iPad? If yes, then that would be considered a hardware related issue and you would need to get in touch with Apple Support team: Contact Apple for support and service
