Imac 27 unable to update MacOS

I tried all the troubleshooting given in the apple support but still cant update my Imac’s MacOs..it’s still stuck in Catalina..Please help

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

FWIW, you need a Late 2014 iMac or later to upgrade to Big Sur. A Late 2015 or later iMac to upgrade to Monterey. A 2017 or later iMac for Ventura.
