Music and calls on separate devices

I'm a Harley-Davidson motorcycle rider and play music through car play. However, taking phone calls is a problem. Since I own a business its urgent that at times I take a call, but its difficult if the call comes through car play on the motorcycle. I have a headset and can take the calls through the helmet but if the music is playing through the motorcycle radio via carplay then automatically all phone calls are routed through carplay. I want to figure out how to make the phone call route to the Helmet when a call comes in and the music through carplay. Is there a way to Shut off the music when a call comes in as it does but then route the call to the headset. I use a Cardo packtalk bluetooth headset. Anyone have an idea of how to make this happen?
