Hi
I was wondering if anyone could help me I use a ntlworld email account on both my iPad and iPhone recently I had to change my password for my email account now both my devices won't accept the new password and keep saying either (username or password are invalid)
however my email address and password work fine on the Virgin Media webmail site so cannot understand why neither of my apple devices will accept the change.
Any adice would be most welcome

Delete and reinstall the mail account.
If that doesn't work contact ntlworld support.
