How do you add Microsoft Shared Mailboxes to Mac OS Ventura Mail?

This worked in previous Mac OS was this functionality removed?

Missing mailbox on MacBook Air Ventura 13.2.1 On Mail on my heavily used MacBook Air I am missing a mailbox that I set up and have placed emails in. The missing mailbox is accessible directly from iCloud, from an older desktop (running Catalina 15.7) and from my iPhone (IOS 16.3). All other mailboxes that I set up myself show up on all my devices. Why is it this one mailbox doesn't show up on the MacBook Air? Is it a software glitch or is something off about the way I set the mailbox up? Any thoughts? Thanks for the help!

My ability to share files to email is not functioning on OS Ventura 13.2.1 The drop down menu to share a contact or other files via email has gone away. How to I fix this?

Apple mail and Microsoft outlook running on same MacBook Can i run Apple Mail and Microsoft Outlook on my MacBook pro at the same time? I always used Apple Mail and I like it. However I started a new job recently, and due to nature of work Outlook seems to be a better mail client for organising received emails. So I'm thinking of using Outlook for work email account, and Apple mail for private email accounts (I have 2 or 3 different ones) Thank you Gregor

Microsoft has told me to contact Apple about it not working in the Apple Mail application.
