Can I set my default ringtone to silent for all calls that are not from a contact and assign a different ringtone for all contacts? My old Android phone had the option to make silent the default ringtone and all of my contacts had audible ringtones. I can't find a silent option on my new iPhone.
It would be far simpler to go to Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers, and turn that option on.

The only way to accomplish this would be to go into each individual contact, set the same ringtone for every contact, and then go to settings, sounds, and change the ringer to silent
Go to Settings>Phone>Silence Unknown Callers. That should do what you want.
