How to clear emergency notification in iPhone settings?

Settings, General, Get Help in Emergency has a red circle with a 1 how do I clear that? Came on after update to 16.1.2 last night on iPhone 14 pro max 128.

Emergency notification will not go away on iPhone I have an annoying notification on my iPhone 14 pro max that will not go away no matter what I do. When I try to open it nothing happens. I spoke with Apple support and they said to wait a few days and it will go away. It hasn’t! Has anyone else had this issue. I believe its connected to the new satellite emergency system. Where is a notification in iPhone? Yesterday a public-safety alert came in on my iPhone SE (running iOS 16.3.1). it appeared in front of the application that I was looking at. I closed that application, and the notification disappeared from view. I looked through my iPhone. I found no notifications at all. The public-safety alert did not appear in either Messages or Mail. I would like to see the alert again so that I may read it more carefully. Do notifications go anywhere so that we may read them again?

I figured it out on my own, so hopefully this will help all of you others out there. Make sure you have the Apple Health app installed and allowed. It may ask for you to complete your Medical ID info. Afterwards, the notification bubble will disappear and you can remove the app from your home screen. That's it.
