Call fail issues

I’m using 14 pro and whenever my phone switches from wifi to mobile data or vice versa, I’m always unable to make call as it says call fail.

I generally turn airplane mode on/off to resume calls.

i have tried resetting network settings but it hasn’t help.

Does anyone know what could be the issue?

Check your iPhone settings

Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off. Check Do Not Disturb. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's turned off. Check for any blocked phone numbers.
