Watch Stopped Showing the Weather

I'm wondering if the reason my watch stopped showing the weather has anything to do with the recent Apple Watch software update? I've tried all the suggestions on this forum, but no luck. Has anyone figured this out yet?

Hello beejaydee48,

It looks like your Apple Watch is on the latest watchOS, but what about the corresponding iPhone? If the iPhone shows there is a software update available, complete the update. You can check for an update by doing the following:

    1. On the iPhone open the Setting app
    2. Tap on General
    3. Tap Software Update

Complete any software updates that show are available.

Once you've confirmed the software on both the iPhone and Watch are up-to-date, you may want to verify that the Weather settings on your Apple Watch are correct. You can do this by opening the Watch app, then go to My Watch (tab) > Weather > Default City > choose Current Location.

Make sure that the iPhone and Apple Watch show Location Services are enabled. On the iPhone go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services, and make sure that is enabled. If location is disabled, it may be preventing the Weather app from pulling your location and weather details.

Kind regards.
