Delivery It issue

This is the worst shipping company in the US and Apple pick this company to delivery.

Unable to contact to schedule delivery at all. Delivery It never reply to emails, and two phone numbers are on their website go to the machines.

Delivery It attempted two times but failed, and someone at home was waiting to sign, not even ringing the doorbell, then left.

The worst shipping experience I had. Hopefully the third time I might get the package. If it fails the third time, how can I get the package?
